An Early Cancellation Fee (ECF) applies if, for any reason, your service is terminated prior to the end of the service agreement. The ECF is the greater of (i) $100 or (ii) $20 per month remaining in the service agreement, to a maximum of $400 (plus applicable taxes), and applies to each line in the plan that is terminated. In connection with your Rogers Wireless data service, a Data Early Cancellation Fee (DECF) also applies if, for any reason, your service is terminated prior to the end of your plan's commitment term (Data Term). The DECF is the greater of (i) $25 or (ii) $5 per month remaining in the Data Term, to a maximum of $100 (plus applicable taxes), and applies in addition to the ECF for termination of your service agreement. If you subscribe to a plan combining both voice and data services, both the ECF and the DECF will apply. For plans that include Evening & Weekend calling, Evenings are from 9 pm to 7 am and Weekends are from 9 pm Friday to 7 am Monday. Calls initiated outside these times are chargeable at standard rates or deplete from minutes alloted in your plan (as applicable). Data usage is measured in kilobytes (kB), rounded to the next full kB. Outside North America, data usage is rounded up to the next 20 kB. U.S. data roaming is $0.006 per kB and international roaming is $0.03 per kB with subscription to a data plan. If you subscribe to the Rogers Flex Rate Data Plan, U.S. roaming is $3.00 per MB and international roaming is $0.03 per kB.
All members on same account must activate on same sharing plan. Minimum of 2 to a maximum of 5 lines. Lines may be added any time. New lines added require primary line be renewed for same period.
Compatible device required. Includes unlimited Extreme Text/picture/video messages sent from Canada to Canadian wireless number and received texts from anywhere. Sent/received premium texts (alerts, messages related to content and promotions), sent international texts and sent/received Extreme Text/picture/video/IM/email (as applicable) while roaming not included and charged at applicable rates. Tethering is the use of your phone as a wireless modem to connect to the Internet from your computer. If you subscribe to a data plan which includes at least 1GB of data transmission and if you have a compatible device, you may use tethering as part of the volume of data included in your plan at no additional charge.
